Temp Ecomm Customer Service Rep
Timeframe: ASAP - Ongoing
Hours: Part time
Remote
 
 
Preference will be given to those who are in the NYC Metro area, or will have the ability to report to the office, once it is safe to do so. Looking for immediate hire.


Responsibilities:
  • Professionally handle incoming client requests via email, ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Handle all types of customer inquiries: shipping questions, returns, refunds, quality, product info, rewards account troubleshooting
  • Light reporting to flag key issues, repeat discrepancies
  • Comfortable using Gmail, Shopify and a help desk platform (we use Gorgias)
  • Toggle between several systems to effectively solve all issues
  • Become versed in product knowledge and logistics to help educate customers
  • Communicate effectively with the Customer Experience Manager + Ecomm Teams Candidate

Qualifications:
  • Work From Home: Must have own computer and solid wifi connection (to start)
  • Ideally, at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the ecomm, tech, or beauty worlds
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong written English skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to tackle volume
  • Comfortable working autonomously, as well as with internal and external teams/agencies
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter
  • Pleasant, friendly attitude, and an interest in beauty/clean beauty
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs
  • Customer-centric focus
