Title: Ecommerce Manager
Company: Luxury RTW Designer
Location: New York, New York

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and load all site content

  • Act to improve and analyze acquisition, retention and customer experience efforts through on-site & channel optimization

  • SEO/SEM optimization and upkeep

  • Email marketing execution and optimization

  • Digital marketing assistance & optimization

  • Assist with QA of all on-site dev initiatives

  • Manage eCom Product Launch planning and execution

  • Manage and update eCom Calendars - involving both content & launches

  • eCom On-Site Merchandising Owner

  • Assist with the eCom Buy + Buy recap

  • Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly reporting of the Ecommerce channel

  • Work with our external partners such as dev & digital agencies

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position

  • Digitally savvy, with exceptional organizational and project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills & experience using Shopify Plus, Google Analytics and reporting tools such as Excel

  • Experience with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager and Klaviyo are a plus

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as Email Marketing, PPC, SEO, Paid Social & Affiliate marketing channels

  • A quick learner who takes initiative and is excited about the fast-paced eCommerce world
