• Improve website functionality and conversions while understanding and maintaining brand positioning.
• Perform regular UX site audits to ensure products include accurate descriptions and info, collections are merchandised optimally across all web browsers and devices, and content links to appropriate landing pages
• Assemble daily, weekly and/or monthly analytic reports that monitor website performance, traffic, and overall performance of the omni-channel retail business
• Identify, recommend and execute strategies and initiatives to drive significant increased website traffic, conversion rates, revenue and profitability leveraging analytics
• Continuously research and vet new vendors and software providers to build and optimize resources and tools
• Ensures customer satisfaction with regard to online shopping experience across all browsers and devices
• Partner with Marketing to help create brand awareness and drive on-line marketing efforts
• Support the Marketing team in the development of digital marketing strategies including email marketing, Retargeting, Display Advertising, SEO, SEM and affiliate marketing.
• Support the conceptualization and execution of social media strategies
• Perform research on competitors and market trends and present findings regularly
• Manage product imagery process, including coordinating selects, renaming, and uploading in Content Management System
• Manage product set-up process and maintenance
• Support coordination of product samples for photoshoots
• Understand Brand objectives, target market, and men’s fashion
• Monitor the order management process from site to ship
• Monitor fulfillment activities including, inventory reconciliation, shipping deliverability, packaging standards, etc.
• Monitor fraud protection activities


• At least 3 years of cross-functional eCommerce experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Business, Marketing or a related field
• Possess a deep understanding in the trends, needs, innovations, and pace of the eCommerce industry
• Logistics / fulfillment understanding
• Multi-channel understanding
• Independent and self-motivated
• Excellent analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Have a basic understanding of web languages (html, css)
• Ability to prioritize work to adhere to project timelines
• Positive attitude
• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
