-Help create and execute strategies in order to maximize sales and margins for West Coast Major and Specialty Accounts, support and promote the brand and maintain strong relationships with customers.
-Actively seek opportunities to build and expand current businesses with Majors and Specialty retail stores on the West Coast and Midweset
-Help AE team target new accounts and opportunities
-Partner with Executive and Merchandising teams to assist in product development and direction, feedback, trends, and callouts.
-Make product presentations and work with Buying and Merch teams to identify assortment plans, sales opportunities, and maximize sales growth.
-Comprehensive competitive analysis of marketplace.
-Create and maintain seasonal forecasts by door and category.
-Assemble and monitor profitability by account and identify areas of opportunity in regards to sell-through, markdowns, cancellations, returns, etc.; make recommendations to customers
-Attend trade shows to boost sales with existing accounts and identify new opportunities
-Ensure in-store product is properly merchandised and accounts are equipped with seasonal product knowledge
-Partner with finance and operations to ensure proper credit, shipping, and bookings for each customer;
-Manage communications and feedback between individual customers, showrooms and corporate office
-Minimum of 5 years of Senior AE and/or Wholesale Sales Manager experience
-MUST have strong experience and relationships in Women’s Apparel
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
-Able to work with a small team and grow with a changing business
