Training

  • Responsibilities
    • Develops training strategy for market based on needs assessment (through KPI and MD observations)
    • Ensures proper on-boarding of ALL new starters (leadership and SA)
    • Supports coordination of large-scale training moments in market (On-boarding, Launches, etc.)
    • Facilitates to Leadership population at GMC and in conference settings
    • TTT for GM population and Ambassador population
    • Assessment of training outcomes and feedback collation
    • Strong travel schedule required
  • Competencies
    • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
    • Demonstrates ability to convey messages in a clearly and concisely
    • Understanding of adult learning concepts and adaptation of skill as needed
    • Influential Leadership capabilities
  • Measure of Success
    • Seamless organisation and flawless execution of all retail training programmes in area
    • Completion and utilisation of relevant training materials and/or skills across stores
    • Meets training and programme deadlines

People Management

  • Responsibilities
    • Supports development of in-store training ambassadors and Flagship store trainers
    • Coaches and influences store leaders as needed to accomplish training needs for store
    • Identifies key talent through market to build network of Training Ambassadors for succession planning
  • Competencies
    • Interpersonal skills showing the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional business partners and Senior Leadership Team
    • Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
    • 5+ years’ of leadership experience with proven ability to develop teams – preferably in a luxury retail setting
  • Measure of Success
    • All Training delivered to All associates in store in identified method and timeline
    • Develop strong team of Brand Ambassadors to support succession planning

Business

  • Responsibilities
    • Sets milestones and benchmarks for KPI achievements in partnership with MD and GM
    • Forms needs assessment for training based of KPI achievement in partnership with Market Leadership
  • Competencies
    • Ability to perform behavioural analysis and source creative solutions to drive change
    • Ability to determine behavours to drive KPI results desired/achieved
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) and Mac devices
  • Measure of Success:
    • Drives and maintains focus of store teams on KPI achievement and Mystery Shopping results
    • Improvements in KPIs
    • Sales
    • Conversion
    • UPT
    • Repeat Business

Salary: $100-130K
