Title: Web Operations Assistant
Company: Established footwear brand.
- Responds to customer inquiries, concerns and requests regarding all products and services.
- Provides excellent customer service by phone and via email.
- Works to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Provides pricing and delivery information.
- Prioritizes workflow to meet customer specific time-frames.
- Keeps accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions by recording details of inquiries and actions taken.
- Manages customer service surveys
- Prepares and distributes customer activity reports.
- Maintains customer databases.
- Communicates and coordinates with cross-functional departments as needed.
- Main point of contact for our distribution center and international fulfillment partner
- Works internally with Operations to ensure partners have shipping and packaging materials
- Assist the Manager of Ecommerce and Site Merchandising Coordinator in daily website tasks such as image upload, merchandising, pulling reports
- Work with Digital Marketing to assist with photo shoots
- Assist the Ecommerce team with coordination of samples for photo shoots and gifting
- Minimum of 2-3 years of wholesale Customer Service and/ or Ecommerce experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Strong organizational skillset and attention to detail required.
- Confident personality with strong work ethic.
