As a Web Analyst, you will play an important role on the analytics team by executing and leading client facing, data-driven project work; including analytics assessments, testing and optimization programs, personalization projects, audience intelligence deliverables (including segmentation and survey analysis), performance measurement plans, scenario modeling, and predictive analytics.


  • Conduct analytics assessments to understand current performance, uncover and quantify opportunities for digital experience improvement, and create audience intelligence
  • Interview stakeholders and review data, dashboards, reports, and research across digital experiences (including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms)
  • Communicate actionable recommendations and findings in client-friendly deliverables
  • Establish KPIs that demonstrate a connection to real business impact
  • Audit data collection implementations based on business objectives and best practices
  • Create solution design documents and collaborate with technical teams on data collection implementations
  • Participate in audience intelligence projects – creating behavioral segmentation models, profiling and detailing intent-based segments using survey and behavioral data, collaborating with other disciplines to provide a rich understanding of customer dynamics
  • Manage and execute Testing & Optimization programs with analysis, ideation, and test execution/planning, collaborating with other disciplines to identify successful experience strategies and visual design
  • Contribute to personalization initiatives – through research, ideas, strategies and methodology execution/plans, collaborating with other disciplines
  • Collaborate with other teams (project and relationship managers) throughout the project lifecycle


  • At least 4 years of experience in digital/web analytics
  • Experience turning large amounts of data into concise client-friendly findings and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex data, analyses, and findings
  • High level of expertise in Excel
  • Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Extensive experience with Analytics (Reporting, Implementation) (Data connectors, ReportBuilder, Survey, Warehouse or Workbench are a plus!)
  • Target Experience (Search & Promote or Recommendations experience is a plus!)
  • Dynamic Tag Manager Experience (HTML & JavaScript is a plus!)
  • Audience Manager, Media Optimizer, Social, etc is a plus!
  • Experience with the Google Marketing Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, testing)
  • Experience with Optimizely and Visual Website Optimizer is a plus!


  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Domo)
  • Experience with R or other statistical analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, Matlab)
  • Experience with relational databases or NoSQL databases
  • Experience in other marketing tools like Monetate, Webtrends or IBM’s marketing suite
  • Passion for using data to extract meaning, provide context, uncover insights, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, combined with an internal drive to stay on top of emerging industry trends
  • A natural tendency to set goals, demonstrate a ‘go-getter’ attitude, and take initiative with little oversight
