Title: VP of Sales

Location: NYC 


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Define KPI’s and support drivers for sales team to hit targets
  • Establish sales targets across all markets
  • Report quarterly and annually to team about performance and growth metrics
  • Identify, pitch and close new opportunities for growth
  • Manage negotiations of terms for new partners and evaluate existing relationships
  • Connect with accounts in the field and at trade shows
  • Work with product development team to share trends in the market and feedback on existing portfolio
  • Collaborate with marketing to support newness, store design and advertising efforts
  • Support digital team with promotional planning and inventory forecasting
  • Develop long term relationships with key accounts
  • Build new relationships with heavy dotcom focused retailers
  • Lead sampling planning across channels
  • Balance an omni channel strategy across distributors, retailers and direct to consumer points of sale
  • Manage margins across newness and promotional planning
  • Develop 6 month to 2 year forecasts
  • Work on key collaborations with like-minded brands
  • Work with demand planners to ensure inventory is available in a timely manner



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years at a director level
  • Knowledge of P&L execution, ROI, Budgetary Control and Client Relationships
  • Retail Mathematical Measurements
  • Passion for beauty industry
  • Connection with key accounts and relationships with Sephora, URBN, Amazon
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • 2+ years working with SAP
  • Be able to travel at least 45% of time
  • Strong personal connections with beauty, fashion and awareness of cultural trends with 20-45 year old women
