Responsibilities:

•             Oversee global digital department, with offices and teams based in New York, London and Paris

•             Serve as agency ambassador and cultivate and utilize entrepreneurial personality to grow client base and expand agency reach

•             Keen understanding and relevance in industry related matters and experience servicing a variety of fashion brands from emerging designers to industry leaders

•             Extensive and high-level strategic ability to work with client, provide solutions and interpret/create vision for project and implement flawless execution

•             Develop creative digital campaigns and strategies for clients that include creative assets, digital PR and social media

•             Write and oversee press releases, pitches and social media copy

•             Oversee pitch and outreach strategy executed by junior team members

•             Integrate PR and social media strategies and messages into brand communication and establish consistency across all channels

•             Deliver creative digital content ideas for PR and social media campaigns

•             Have a network of creative professionals to tap for content creation including photographers, videographers, etc.

•             Oversee brand social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. for Community Management clients

•             Develop guest lists and recommend event formats and ideas for digital media events

•             Act as an agency liaison to maintain and champion relationships with online editors, digital influencers, their agents, content creators and social media platform representatives

•             Provide a consistent, professional client experience/manage expectations throughout the relationship and provide consistent and timely communication

•             Outline and oversee projects with digital influencers and their agents, including creating project briefs, negotiating terms, contract review and seeing project terms through to completion

•             Brainstorm new digital opportunities, ideas, campaigns for and our clients

•             Oversee press and social media coverage reports for clients

•             Analyze digital data for clients and develop actionable recommendations

•             Research and keep current on new digital trends, websites and platforms

•             Contribute to new business opportunities

•             Budget development, negotiation and management

 

Requirements:

•             Ability to think independently, creatively and strategically

•             10+ years of experience in Marketing/PR with at least the last 5 years concentrating on the digital sector including social media and influencer marketing

•             5+ years of experience in a management role with the ability to lead a team

•             Strong knowledge of the fashion industry is a MUST

•             Relationships with top websites and leading digital influencers and their agents  

•             Relationships with creative professionals and content creators

•             Practiced understanding of the digital landscape including social media and digital influencer best practices

•             Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•             Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

•             Team player who can collaborate with coworkers and clients at all levels

•             Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines

•             Keen eye for detail
