Title: VP of Customer Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a customer service team of 200+ representatives on East Coast & West Coast
  • Train and coach all representatives to ensure that they are meeting KPIS, goals, and metrics that are set
  • Ensure that all representatives are giving the upmost customer service to all clients
  • Ensure a white-glove experience for all clients
  • Help innovate new systems and processes for continuous improvement

Requirements:  

  • 10+ years in a Customer Service or Customer Experience role
  • Experience leading at least 150+ representatives
  • Experience scaling a team and growing a division
  • Experience working in a d2c setting (fashion, retail, e-commerce, innovative setting)
