Responsibilities:

-Oversee and own entire Wholesale division from strategy to execution

-Identify, open and leverage new key full-price Major Department/Specialty Store wholesale accounts

-Utilize and grow personal relationships to open doors and expand the brand footprint

-Analyze and react to current sales with Major accounts

-Strategize entire Sales plan including forecasting, merchandising and marketing strategy for US wholesale division

-Provide expertise and clear direction for the growth of Wholesale Sales within the brand

-Management of Specialty Sales team

-Work closely with Marketing team to ensure messaging and content is appropriate per channel and account and maximize sell-through

-Partner with Merchandising team to give input and direction on product assortment per account

-Attend and manage trade shows

-Hire, develop and retain Sales talent

-Act as Brand Ambassador of brand story and messaging to all account

-Ensure stores are equipped with proper product knowledge

Requirements:

-10+ years of Wholesale experience as VP of Sales and/or Sales Director

-Experience with Women’s Apparel; Private Label experience highly preferred

-Amazing ability to lead, drive a business and provide expertise but also be a team player

-Strong computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

-Willingness and availability to travel

Salary: Open depending on experience
