Responsibilities:
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all aspects of brand activation at the channel and customer level including but not limited to: point-of-sale and permanent merchandising, promotions, events, staff training & incentives, window campaigns, and digital/social activations.
- Partner with Sales to plan, budget and implement marketing initiatives with accountability to reach set targets
- Build strong relationships with clients to negotiate activations & locations for programs, as well as permanent fixtures and Store In Store opportunities
- Reporting and Analysis at multiple levels: Channel(s), Competitive, Activations/Program ROI
- Develop and distribute Sales Communications, Presentations and Tools to assist with sell in of marketing programs
- Brief and manage creative resources to design and execute all marketing assets and materials per channel/key account
- Other duties may be assigned as business needs arise.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Marketing
- 5 years of Trade/Wholesale Marketing expe rience
- Experience in developing and managing various components in the marketing mix: Consumer Communications and Promotions in print, digital & social platforms, Sales Incentives, Ads, Signage, OOH, In-Store Events, Sponsorships, and Trade Shows
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs (financial acumen)
- Resourceful and detail-oriented
- Dynamic interpersonal skills resulting in developing collaborative and diverse relationships, delivered with energy and enthusiasm.
- Creative and independent problem solver
- Ability to multi-task and communicate/delegate effectively to internal and external teams
- Strong business partnering skills

- Ability to be progressive in thinking and development
- Travel required: approximately 20-30%
