Job Title: Compensation Consultant
Company Description: Consumer Goods Brand
Duration: 6 months
Location: NYC (remote for now)
What you’ll do:
• Lead, manage, and develop our growing Total Rewards & People Operations teams
• Partner with Senior Leadership & the People team to reimagine our employee value proposition through innovative and competitive compensation and benefits programs for a diverse workforce (salaried/hourly, full-time/part-time, onsite/remote)
• Evaluate, design and oversee our company-wide compensation programs including but not limited to our annual comp review process, incentive program strategy and equity administration
• Oversee health and welfare, wellness and retirement benefits administration in partnership with our external brokers and vendors
• Own people operations including HR systems, shared services, operational workflows and reporting & analytics with a strong emphasis on ensuring data integrity
• Drive the strategy for all HR system initiatives and priorities
• Partner with relevant stakeholders including the Finance and Legal to ensure that appropriate compliance & controls are in place
• Build and maintain a strong external peer network to stay up-to-date on total rewards trends in the Retail, Tech and Manufacturing industries
Who you are:
• 5+ years of compensation and benefits experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment and in both public and privately held companies
• You are an outstanding people manager and developer
• You are decisive and results-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities at once
• You are incredibly analytical, process-oriented and metrics-driven
• You are an excellent communicator and relationship-builder
