 Title: Tiktok Influencer Coordinator

An exciting new role which focuses on the TikTok platform. This person will be responsible for working with the Influencer and social teams to develop a strategy to grow the audience, engagement, influencer relations and more. They will drive influencer content through a combination of paid, gifted and event focused activity.

  • Support the US Influencer Manager/team
  • Implement Influencer strategy agreed with the management team
  • Event implementation – implementing and supporting in all events including, influencer collaborations and edits, US important social moments with a focus on generating TikTok content
  • Maintain and foster existing relationships with Influencers whilst ensuring continued research into new influencers
  • Co-ordinate all boohoo samples from the samples account making sure budget is maintained each month
  • Collate Reports – including weekly, daily and monthly
  • Report on influencer activities including earned media value content creation, influencer reach, and engagement
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate teams
  • Showroom appointments; goal of 15 per week to create tiktok in studio
  • Devising innovative programs to attract and engage both high profile and up and coming influencers
  • Deliver paid post as per monthly budgets and with KPIs in mind
  • Organic Gifting – drive and develop a regular gifting in order to build and maintain constant reach
  • Negotiations – able to negotiate costs accordingly to budgets to get as much exposure with our investment
  • Execute talent contracts with precision and detail
  • Partner cross functionally with other teams such as social, events and marketing


  • Interest and understanding of TikTok
  • Proficient understanding of Social Media and how to deliver metrics such as reach and follower growth
  • Excellent understanding of the online fashion industry, social media landscape and influencer marketing
  • Highly organised and motivated with the ability to constantly multi-task in a fast pace environment

  • Excellent time management, writing ability and attention to detail
  • Fluent, clear and articulate in communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs and Powerpoint
  • Excellent social communication skills- able to build and maintain influencer and press relationships

  • Required to travel for events, photoshoots, ect.
