Three schedule options below -

5pm-1am

1am-9am

12am-12pm (JUST Saturday and Sunday)

 

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for responding to and prioritizing all customer support
issues and inquiries by email, phone, platform app stores and social media. They are also responsible for working
with the Product team on identifying bugs and fixes to continuously improve the customer experience across all
platforms.
 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate with customers in a friendly manner
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Explain the optimal solution to solve the problem within established time limits.
Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, app stores or social media
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Familiarity with ZenDesk or other customer service software

Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, major web browsers
Familiarity with digital media platforms and devices
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a dynamic team environment.
