Temp Technical Recruiter
Remote San Francisco, CA 94105

Hours: Full Time, M-F
- Partner with their recruiting team and hiring managers to identify, source, and recruit for technical positions
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process
- Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements.
- Post, maintain, and track job listings; support to arrange interviews.
- Assist in creation of new job roles in partnership with recruiting team and hiring managers
- Provide weekly reports on recruiting activity to leadership
- Continuously improve and standardize recruitment processes to support our fast growing company
- Support ad-hoc recruiting projects as needed
At least 4 years of experience in a technical recruiting role at a fast-paced technology company.
Experience managing a lot of requisitions at once
Stellar attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to quickly recruit
Experience and willingness to work in a startup environment with a hands-on approach
Ability and eagerness to ramp up quickly on new sourcing technologies and applicant tracking systems
