Work schedule: Monday - Friday, full time hours
This role is specifically filling Manager/Supervision level only roles for different departments within the Fulfillment center. Candidates will be recruiting for the Indianapolis market only.
The Freelance Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruitment in a fast paced quickly growing environment. In this role you will represent the brand and guide candidates through an exceptional experience. The Freelance Recruiter functions as a partner to our Operations management team to drive the recruitment process and find exceptional talent for our fulfillment center management team.
  • Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, conduct in-depth screening of perspective applicants, establish and maintain a strong recruiting presence and create an effective service image
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies for all assigned open positions and communicate strategy with HR Director
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house recruiting tools to identify and recruit the very best candidates
  • Create job descriptions and detailed search assignments and gain an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements as needed.
  • Generate and screen resumes and applications, schedule applicant appointments and conduct in-depth interviews
  • Prepare candidates for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions and expectation setting
  • BA/BS required
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of focused full-cycle recruiting experience for fulfillment/distribution center functions in the fashion/retail environment/e-commerce environment
  • Experience with working for a recruiting agency preferred
  • Proven experience with sourcing, social media recruiting techniques and other current web-based employment strategies
  • Experience working with multiple hiring managers to identify and develop tailored job descriptions and recruitment strategies
  • Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills
  • Attentive to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills; must be able to influence hiring managers to make the right hiring decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates
  • Proficiency with MS Office products is essential, and a working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
