Temp People, Talent, & Recruiting Associate

Hours: Full time

Start: ASAP

We are looking for a high potential Associate that will help us manage and scale our Recruiting function and take on other people-related responsibilities over time. Reporting directly to the VP of People, Talent & Recruiting, this role will leverage process building, problem solving, and executional skills to run, represent, and iterate our recruiting and on-boarding programs, with employee brand and employee experience top of mind. Our ideal candidate should be obsessed with identifying and attracting top talent who is aligned with our work style.

 

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage initial interviewing including: (a): reviewing resumes; (b) conducting initial screening conversations; and (c) recommending next steps

Act as scheduling coordinator for interviews with other team members

Ensure job descriptions are properly posted and promoted in appropriate platforms

Pro-actively source candidates for specific positions when needed

Coordinate with external recruiters as necessary

Assist with process improvements such as applicant tracking, sourcing tools, interview templates and materials

Coordinate and manage the On-boarding process for all employees

Over time, work with the VP of People, Talent & Recruiting on special projects that enhance the employee experience

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree; 2-3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience

Previous experience working at a start-up and/or fast-paced environment a plus

Ability to screen candidates against criteria for high-performance work environments

Is obsessed with building and running business processes

Possesses a high sense of urgency

Portrays an approachable and productive mindset, even in times of stress or uncertainty

Natural ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from interns to senior leadership
