What you'll do:

• Calendar adherence
• Set calendar invites for all major meetings
• Seasonal Big Ideas meeting agenda and merchant presentation
• Ensure Asana Tracking is maintained
• With VP help create and maintain Seasonal Line Plans
• Assort line per SKU plan and ensure SKU plan is maintained
• Ensure assortments are well balanced by fabric, delivery, category, and price
• Research current market, gather sales intel on competition to inform what we Build, Maintain, Decline
• Work with production to approve costs/margin
• With PD, ensure proper testing and QC standards are maintained
• With PD, Drive new fabric development
• Work with Sales on key account assortments
• Work with Sales & Ecommerce on Plus and Bump assortments
• Work with Creative on Line Sheet pagination, approvals and proofing

Who you are:

• 5+ years of merchandising experience in an apparel/activewear company
• Proficient on Excel, RLM. Some basic illustrator skills are helpful
• Experience with domestic production
• Strong understanding of the product creation process and calendar
• Proven ability and knowledge on how to assort a line by category, color, silhouette
• Ability to ensure both volume and trend are represented appropriately
• Organized
• Deadline oriented
• Self-starter
• Comfortable running meetings
• Excellent presentation skills
• Comfortable interacting cross-functionally within the company as well as with retail buyers
• Strong fashion sense and taste level
• Enjoys being active
