Job Description

Title: Temp HR Admin
Location: Downey, CA (onsite)
Start: ASAP
End: Several weeks, could extend longer
Hours: Full time

You will:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintain filing systems by copying, closing and purging existing files and setting up new files
  • Assist with I-9 verifications, scheduling interviews, onboarding, etc.
  • Assist with technical support including HR systems, recruiting and applicant tracking systems, benefits information as well as time and attendance 
  • Assist with data entry and other ad hoc projects

Must haves:
  • 1+ years of experience within an administrative role, preferably with HR experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
