Job Description

Title: Technical Design, RTW/Denim

Company: Large Apparel Manufacturer 

Location: NYC

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for executing the technical design process from development to final fit 
  • Correct fit and construction specifications
  • Create and update specification technical packs, including technical sketches
  • Attend fittings

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical design
  • Must be able to communicated clearly to manufacturers and vendors 
  • Must have knowledge of garment construction
  • Proficient with Illustrator/photoshop 
  • Must be able to work between both design and production team
