Title: Store Manager
-P & L and Reporting
-Define the monthly and annual strategy of the store (sales, personnel and stock) to guarantee the sales objectives and profitability of the business unit.
-Report to the Area Manager on the evolution of the store to provide updated information to facilitate decision making.
-Supervise the planning of the daily scheduling of appointments, fittings and tasks to be performed ensuring the organization of activities in terms of human and material resources, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success of the store.
-Store stock management and follow-up of the results of the inventories made, in order to achieve the minimization of reduction, as well as to expand or adjust orders according to demands.
-Organize and supervise the after-sales (test, delivery, iron and composure) of the different dresses ensuring success in programmed fittings and customer satisfaction.
-Organize and supervise the store team
-Manage and optimize the schedules of the team, adapting them to the business needs.
-Inform and share with the team on a regular basis everything that effects the operation of the point of sale operation (products, prices, computer system, etc.) to ensure the correct development of the activity.
Accompany and motivate the team during their experience, ensuring that they demonstrate the highest professional excellence.
To promote an adequate working environment and to manage in a professional and impartial manner the problems and conflicts that may arise.
