Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, lead, and develop a staff that reflects the company values and provides an amazing customer experience
- Implement all operational processes and procedures
- Manage and plan schedules that optimize customer experience and profitability as well as ensures that the staff has a work/life balance
- Ensure floor presence to identify customer needs, build team moral, and act as a store and market leader for the brand
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Store Manager or General Manager experience in an elevated brand
- Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire staff
- Exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and client building skills
- Flexible Schedule, must be open to working weekends
