Achieve sales targets for accounts within assigned market and cultivate new business for further brand growth. Manage relationships with key internal and external partners. Develop annual sales & product strategy to drive sales performance for each account.
- Daily relationship building with buyers
- Order and account management
- Sample management.
- Partner with Sales Director to develop sales objectives and go to market strategy for all key accounts and potential leads
- Retailer profitability analysis and management inclusive of settling end of season margins and ensuring optimal EOS stock levels
- Partner with Merchandise Manager to develop an assortment plan for each retail channel
- Travel to all accounts for market appointments, business review and product training
- Routine sales and metric reporting
- Strong Experience with Footwear
- Must be currently managing mid-tier major department store accounts
- 7+ years experience in wholesale sales
- Self Motivator
