- Exceed industry average metrics set by management and maximizing on sales goals.
- Continuously seeking new opportunities and expanding specialty business throughout the Texas region. Opening new accounts and creating growth opportunities.
- Comprehension understanding of brand and competing brands in the marketplace and selling region.
- Create selling forecasts per season for each account.
- Manage accounts and monitor areas for business growth.
- Work independently and handle a significant amount of road sales for brand.
- Minimum of 2-4 years working in wholesale fashion specifically
- Experience in fashion wholesale, women's contemporary and specialty preferred
- Existing accounts with experience in independent accounts and opening doors
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention-to-detail, ability to hit deadlines; high level of organization
- Working within a small yet awesome sales team
- Be a road warrior - ability to travel often/as needed!
Salary: Base DOE + commission & bonus incentives
