Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain online catalog of products and categories, ensuring products are attributed and categorized appropriately.
  • Work with other team members to setup and execution of site search strategies to increase conversion rates and overall site profitability.
  • Participate in the testing of all site content and email creative in coordination with daily site refreshes, promotions, and new functionality releases.
  • Work with the Copywriter and licensees for seasonal product launches, ensuring all data is accurate and timely.
  • Develop and maintain a merchandising strategy for the website, looking for ways to optimize daily.
  • Develop and create reports to analyze site updates, product selling, and marketing strategies.
  • Creates and manages website content schedule and collaborates with the Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Analytics teams.
  • Manage SEO tactics, including alt tags, category structure, content blocks and redirects.
  • Work cross-functionally with licensees to build product photoshoot lists for upcoming seasons and define SEO-optimized file naming conventions.
  • Assist customer service team and operations manager in trouble-shooting customer facing related issues.
  • Assist with requests from 3rd party platforms for product reviews, site search, and product recommendations
  • Identify process and/or system inefficiencies on a regular basis.
  • Develop and create reports to analyze site updates, product selling, and marketing strategies.
  • Digital product management and visual merchandising for proprietary brand and/or third-party marketplace websites, including site catalog management, new product activation, quality assurance, product attribution for search and navigation, and website shop-ability.
  • Manage and review merchandise presentation on the brand and/or third-party marketplace websites to ensure the categorization, imagery, color, copy, pricing, and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines.
  • Performs other ad hoc tasks to support day-to-day web merchandising, marketing projects, and overall e-commerce business operations.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Min. of 2-3+ years of e-commerce merchandising + site management experience working for a menswear brand ideally within the contemporary space.
  • Previous experience working out of Shopify Plus and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Must be proficient with Excel, for in-depth analysis, reports, and presentations
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with a high-level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, personable with proven experience in developing close partners with store teams.
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage complexity.
