Title:  VP/SVP Global CPG & Experiential

Company: Creatively-driven media relations, influencer & experiential agency

Location: New York, New York

Responsibilities: VP or SVP will oversee integrated accounts as well as the shared services experiential division and lead the team that will ideate and execute buzzworthy millennial-focused press campaigns, influencer mailers and activations, experiential moments and thought leadership for the agency’s largest global CPG beauty brand:

  • Act as the senior leader of agency’s largest team, determining the direction of new protocols, policies, and culture building upon previous success
  • Manage, mentor, and architect the success of a team of 15-20+ employees, inclusive of brand communications experts, influencer marketers and experiential producers
  • Architect revenue growth through expansion of current services and winning new lines of business
  • Concept and implement structural and procedural changes to optimize efficiency and improve work quality
  • Act as high level strategic lead directing media strategy, brand messaging, and high stakes comms with the support of senior team members
  • Partner with senior team members to oversee the team’s finances, including managing profitability, staffing matrixes, planning and budgeting
  • Forge relationships with key stakeholders across relevant brands

Requirements:

  • You have 12+ years of directly relevant experience with deep expertise overseeing agency-side cross-functional teams for global CPG beauty brands
  • You have (at various stages of your career) worked directly on media strategy, influencer/digital campaigns and events
  • Experience managing large teams - and across multiple accounts, workflows or projects - that are scoped and billed on billable hours
  • You celebrate the small wins and thrive off building up a team of A player
