Location: NYC

Responsibilities:

Seeking a Senior Sales Lead to effectively manage our retail locations and interact and engage with our customers with the highest standard of customer service. This role focus on both sales and operations.

  • Oversee every aspect of store’s operations; responsible for meeting both the weekly selling and sourcing goals;

  • Assist store manager, regional manager, and ecommerce operations team as necessary regarding inventory, fulfillment, receiving, merchandising, marketing initiatives, etc.

  • Train, mentor, and manage store sales associate to retain and grow talents.

  • Communicate effectively with customers

  • Maintain a sales and operations focused outlook

  • Act as a brand ambassador representing all that the company stands for - offering the highest level of customer service, aiming to delight and surprise

  • Communicating product and customer feedback to the management and tech team

  • Take initiative to build on client relationships

  • Able to multi-task and coordinate efficiently

  • Build upon your strong knowledge of luxe bag trends and designers/brands 

  • Attend regular training sessions re product knowledge and new arrivals

  • Collect client data

  • Partake in stock takes & processing and shipping

Requirements: 

We are looking for candidates with luxury fashion experience in sales/management and have a knowledge of the luxury resale market. Candidates should align with our positive corporate culture and be self-motivated, results-driven and entrepreneurial-minded.

  • 3 to 5 years experience in sales in luxury fashion industry with at least one year being in a store manager role
  • Positive & Self-motivated

  • Passion for luxury handbags is a plus

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Proven sales and store management experience

  • The willingness to act as a leader and brand ambassador.

  • A readiness to lead, excel, and achieve 

  • A second language is beneficial (Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Spanish)
