Responsibilities:

- Provide a best-in-class experience in-suite for brides, bridal party, and family members attending appointments

- Maximize business and drive sales through industry knowledge and creating a clientele base

- Meet and exceed aggressive sales metrics and goals provided by store management

- Provide assistance to clients during appointments via sizings, fittings, pinnings, acting as a guide and support for brides throughout the experience

- Provide assistance in terms of inventory control and operational tasks ensuring shipments arrive in a timely manner and product is as described to clients and to their liking

- Manage and keep track of all personal appointment schedules to ensure excellent service and timeliness

- Be able to problem solve and assist clientele to ensure beyond expectation satisfaction

- Provide merchandising assistance and feedback for the management and corporate team in regards to missed opportunities and client feedback on product and their in-store experience

Requirements

- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail sales experience working with high-end or contemporary bridal or luxury ready-to-wear designer brands

- Strong understanding of the bridal and high-end luxury business; love for the designer & bridal industry with an upbeat and positive outlook

- Previous experience working in a clientele retail environment with contacts

- Strong sales background with the ability to grow the business and create new opportunities

- Ability to provide the highest level of customer service at a professional and polished level; strong written, verbal and communication skills

- Ability to offer the highest level of service and speak to high-end luxury brands and bridal designers through product knowledge and impeccable styling skills

- Ability to work flexible hours - open to days, nights, weekends & holidays


Salary: DOE - competitive hourly rate + % commission on sales & benefits
