Title: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

We are seeking an exceptional Director of E-Commerce in Van Nuys HQ.  This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and serves a critical role in executing on new product launches and managing various marketing vendors all while maintaining an exceptional on-site customer experience.


  • Manage the day-to-day user experience of the website including site navigation, content development checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with content teams to orchestrate all digital marketing functions, including develop e-mail marketing, mobile marketing, social marketing, paid search, SEO, affiliate and display marketing
  • Responsible for providing compelling strategies to drive traffic and acquisition and ensure adequate support for merchandising goals and promotional plans
  • Analyze KPI’s and metrics to identify trends and recommend activity to generate sales growth and maximize conversion rates while finding cost efficiencies across the business
  • Drive site experience and strategy, including defining and end-to-end, best in class, omni channel shopping experience using NetSuite and Shopify for both B2C and B2B environments
  • Drive technology roadmaps to strategically build sales conversions
  • Align priorities with the business to maximize focus on the highest returning initiatives based on time, cost, quality and impact
  • Responsible for supporting and enhancing our e-commerce platform across desktop and mobile
  • Developing and overseeing the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the website
  • Manage site search engine and optimization
  • Responsible for customer experience
  • Manage a small team of developers
  • Define and manage the ongoing digital planning and calendar and maintain accurate reporting of all outstanding issues



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 plus years’ experience running medium to large scale e-commerce business for a consumer/retail organization, including P&L ownership
  • 5-10 years’ experience in consumer based, preferably retail
  • 5 plus years’ experience managing a team
  • Proven business strategy, planning, analytical and complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to set vision and strategy across a variety of functions while inspiring and motivating teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels
