Title: Senior Customer Service Representative 

Location: Hawthorne, California

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and confirm orders
  • Accurate and efficient Order Entry to VP, via EDI processes, Joor or manual entry
  • Style/Order updates in the VP system, providing updates to Sales
  • Access GXS Catalog and Vendor Portals for retrieval and uploads of styles, orders, shipping and invoicing applications when necessary
  • Review order audits for order entry accuracy
  • Order allocation and Pick Ticket Management to Warehouse
  • Process RA’s, Call Tags and Credits when approved, maintaining appropriate backup information
  • Support credit, collection on any disputes relating to order processing on an assigned territory
  • Communicate customers’ requests and complaints when necessary to a final resolve
  • Review vendor compliance manuals and initiate changes to management and or departments affected
  • Monitor open orders, reports and back orders within an assigned territory
  • Prepare all custom paperwork for international shipments
  • Responsible for daily invoicing and posting on all shipments within an assigned territory
  • Verify Invoice paperwork and maintain customer files
  • Act as back up coverage to the team when necessary
  • Any special projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have BlueCherry and EDI experience
  • 5+ years' experience, preferably within the Apparel/Manufacturing industry
  • Data entry with accuracy, Vantage Point a Plus
