Title: Senior Account Executive Global OR North America

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for achieving total, comp and net sales targets. Support and identify seasonal sales initiatives to drive business
  • Own measuring the results and effectiveness
  • Quickly learn knowledge of products to own product presentation for given accounts as well as at in-store product knowledge sessions
  • Provide recommendations and drive seasonal markets: provide feedback on division plans and account level plans, all door and assortment plans
  • Engage in weekly/monthly/seasonal reports and analysis to optimize the business of responsible area and track performance by door
  • Master systems to support business most efficiently, make recommendations for improvements in processes Customer Service/Operations
  • Oversee / execute order management
  • Develop strong cross functional relationships with merchandising, account receivable, and operations to communicate as needed and optimize productivity
  • Partner with accounts receivable to follow up with accounts on past due invoices

Requirement

  • Account management, merchandise planning and / or customer service background
  • Strong built relationship with major department store buyers and the advanced contemporary multi brand stores
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, internally, externally, and cross functionally
  • Strong understanding of EDI operation
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and retail math
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task
  • Initiative, high energy, strategic thinking and detail oriented
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus (French, Italian etc.)
  • Must be a self-starter with a proactive, sales driven mindset
