Title: Senior Director, Brand Partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Lead US Media partnership strategy, executions and launch, partnering closely with the Head of US market and Global teams
  • Establish leads to partner with our brand across social media and sponsored/paid content opportunities. Develop strong relationships with brands for long-term project and partnership potential.
  • Understand the client’s requirements and ideate/pitch content and social media marketing ideas, across all of our media properties – existing and new channels
  • Work closely with our internal Brands and Marketing teams to build strategic marketing plans and pitches
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to help structure campaigns based on sales,historic content, and fashion/social media/content trends
  • Brief and pitch campaign ideas to internal Creative and Editorial teams, to successfully manage and execute from beginning to end
  • Develop contract and pricing structure based on unique campaign ideas, and work with internal teams to ensure sales and margin goals are met
  • Regularly report out partnerships status’ and campaign results to clients and relevant internal partners
  • Define and develop new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies
  • Develop marketplace and competitor knowledge to identify new brand opportunities
  • Proactively research and be aware of new online marketing (sales) trends and ideas
  • Create new opportunities to drive revenue and achieve individual business targets

Required Experience

  •  5+ years of relevant work experience in luxury, media and creative industries
  • Proven track record within a relevant publishing, digital media or social media group
  • Have an active luxury and retail industry client network
  • Proven negotiation skills with leading luxury brands
  • Record of presenting to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience delivering multiple projects on-budget and on time
  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA optional
