Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the training of Sales Associates with product, sales and clientele development
  • Monitor selling floor to ensure clients receive highest level of customer service 
  • Recognize, trouble shoot and problem-solve situations with the sales team; analyze causes and generate solutions
  • Communicate product information, client feedback, sales trends to the General Manager
  • Serve as a positive role model for the sales staff
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and all support services within the Company
  • Handle problems with customers as necessary
  • Serve as a representative of the boutique management team
  • Understand, comply and enforce, along with General Manager, Company policies, procedures and operations
  • Achieve sales performance goals by maximizing personal and store sales
  • Assist sales staff in completing and building sales
  • Perform opening and closing procedures of the store
  • Work with General Manager to make sure that merchandising standards comply with company directives, meet the needs of the business and promotes multiple sales
  • Oversee sales associates’ stock responsibilities and address store merchandising issues with management
  • Perform basic stock inventory weekly

Requirements:

5+ years leadership experience within the luxury space

Track record of exceeding goals

Ability to work nights and weekends

Salary: Base + bonus
