Position: Sales Supervisor
Brand Description: Luxury RTW and accessories brand
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Sales & client service
· Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets: both personal and store goals
· Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different sales techniques, for example cross selling, in order to drive your sales and KPIs.
· Consistently provide excellent customer service.
· An understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that clients are informed and aware.
Back of house
· Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
· Maintain your designated section.
· Support with the processing of shipments and transfers, in line with the relevant procedures.
· Experience managing a team of sellers, driving KPI’s and sales goals, and a strong knowledge of clienteling and teaching clientele techniques.
· Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact
· Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
· Ability to initiate contact and communication
· Motivated by being a team player with a common goal
· Excellent communication skills
· Client book is strongly preferred – and ability to build and maintain a client book
Salary: $23-25/hr (depending on experience) + commission
