-Ensure that all associates are utilizing all tools provided by the company in order to provide excellent customer service and increase business profits.
-Must be fluent in all areas of Client Services, Operational Procedures, and Visual guidelines in order to be able to effectively execute daily managerial tasks in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager.

-3+ years as a Senior Sales Associate/Selling Supervisor at a luxury brand
-Maintain strong relationships with clients
