Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager is responsible for the e-commerce account portfolio to all channels of distribution and will directly manage e-com only accounts in the US for men’s, women’s & accessories to strategically maximize sales opportunity, enhance the customer shopping experience, and deliver brand consistency.  

• Establish a strategic partnership with e-com accounts to further understand the product needs/opportunities, gain market share and grow top line sales

• Collaborate with Merchant team to identify specific product needs for each account

• Present the product line to accounts.  Sell-in recommended assortment by account to hit margin targets and minimize markdowns

• Review orders and submit orders to Merch Ops

• Timely confirmations and tracking of monthly shipments

• Monitor and report monthly ship projections @ Shipspread Meeting, as well as deliver annual forecast

• Partner with Planning to monitor Allowances and Co-op (budget, forecast and process)

• Monitor item selling weekly (sell-thru, AUR) against plan and react accordingly

• Review best and worst sellers with cross functional teams

• Research sales and competitive products to identify new opportunities, market trends, price match, best practices, innovative shopping experiences

• Drive marketing opportunities and initiatives, championing the business internally and with key partners; develop roadmap to maximize Paid Search, Affiliate, Email and SEO

• Manage each account site for on-site merchandising to improve product positioning, execution and performance

• Ensure search terms, copy and detail pages are optimized

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6-8 years of experience with proven results with Amazon and Zappos  
  • Ability to lead a presentation with confidence
  • Excellent time management and strong interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate Excel and Power Point Skills
  • Advanced retail math skills         
  • Flexible to travel when needed
