The Specialty Store Sales Manager is responsible for the leading the Specialty Store team’s efforts in growing current accounts, developing new account relationships, and driving business for specialty stores.

  • Lead Specialist Sales team comprised of 3 Account Executives
  • Explore and create new business development opportunities, utilizing creative measure to introduce the brand in order to surface and grow new accounts
  • Provide sales forecasts and expense projections, meet budget goals
  • Foster strong relationships with accounts based on successful business collaboration
  • Strategically plot how sales goals will be exceeded
  • Use giveback budgets strategically. 
  • Profitably grow Dana-co brand wholesale shipments above budget while keeping expenses below budget
  • Develop relationship with accounts.  Build credibility by effectively assisting in driving sales
  • Develop new account opportunities
  • Present product to buyers, collaborate on assortments, and obtain orders
  • Manage all PO’s from receipt to delivery
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Attend semi-annual trade shows
  • Execute cost effective events that result in incremental sales
  • Effectively forecast and communicate assortment needs
  • Accurately project newness and fashion needs out of each market


  • 3-5 year history of sales leadership & wholesale luxury experience with strong specialty store contacts
  • Experience in managing a sales team, including remote
  • Track record of profitable sales growth
  • Expert at prioritizing, organizing and managing multiple strategic initiatives; ability to hit deadlines; excellent problem solving skills & ability to be attentive towards accounts
  • Excellent presentation, training and coaching capabilities, follow-up and reporting skills
  • Highly developed computer and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40% (primarily domestic travel)
  • Intimate apparel experience is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
