Responsibilities:

  • Gather, enter and distribute weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales figures
  • Assist in clerical preparation for all management meetings and corporate account recaps
  • Prepare and assemble information for all management meetings and branching trips
  • Assemble and organize quarterly line opening stat books for AE and Senior Management teams
  • Assisting sales with coordination of all daily/weekly/monthly scheduling and projects due
  • Learn Sales Entry Tool System and Place customer orders in the system
  • Limited regional travel to market appointments with country clubs
  • Coordinate and schedule sales monthly calendars
  • Track and process all Weekly and Monthly expense reports for SVP/VP Sales review and approval
  • Assist in facilitating phone contact from customers to SVP/VP Sales when in meetings, traveling, etc
  • Assist with showroom maintenance prior to and during line opening
  • Responsible for the logistics of all customer meetings held by SVP/VP Sales in office
  • Support Account Executives as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface with key executives in a profession manner
  • General understanding of the Golf industry, experience in golf a plus
  • Sets appropriate priorities to meet agreed deadlines
  • Handles multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Work is accurate, timely, and complete 
  • Modifies approach to work based on new information and manager’s needs 
  • Takes independent action to resolve problems/projects 
  • Ability to anticipate unforeseen issues and take appropriate action
  • Follow up on issues and inform managers 
  • Develop documents/communications in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Maintain up to date file systems 
  • Ability to schedule calendar appointments effectively
  • Handle phone coverage as needed
