Location: Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

  • You will become a menswear expert based on our training & development of client measurements, fabric knowledge, customizations, alterations, and sales psychology & selling ceremony.

  • You will learn to be proactive & build yourself a book of clients through different prospecting efforts (outreach, events, LinkedIn, etc.) and build upon recurring client relationships to create long-lasting relationships.

  • You will schedule your appointments and meetings with clients in the showroom to conduct personalized wardrobe planning for both casual and professional looks.

  • You will personally guide each client through the experience, taking measurements, and helping them sort through different fabrics, collar types, pockets, buttons, embroideries - every, single detail that goes into ultimately hand crafting a one-of-a-kind custom garment.

  • You will maintain personal relationships with our most exclusive clients from their first interaction with the brand through purchase, delivery and ongoing orders.

  • You will work with our Production team to improve service, order delivery, and product releases.

  • You will conduct in-person appointments for clients when their pieces are completed. Additional measurement changes will take place (if needed) and be handled by you. 

Requirements:

  • Excellent client relationship skills in regards to new business development, sales, being comfortably in a client facing role.

  • Prior success in a customer-facing business setting preferably in the luxury industry.

  • A natural ability to connect with clients and comfortably handle all personality types.

  • Strong eye for detail & organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; written and verbal, handling yourself with confidence internally to peers and externally to clients.

  • Independent decision making skills with the ability to self-manage; whether it be your book of business, or employee growth and development.

  • Proficiency with technology and Excel – ability to navigate and create basic formulas.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary base + aggressive comm. % on sales + benefits - *on-target earnings of $80,000
