Responsibilities:
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business through regular interactions with clients and proactively seeking new partnership opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic account approach vertically and horizontally across all key stakeholders across the brand team.
- Lead senior-level pitch meetings with a focus on brand direct, highlighting the value proposition through storytelling and data driven presentations.
- Leverage existing relationships with key decision makers, while exhibiting the willingness and ability to develop new relationships.
- Develop a strong understanding of the agency and client’s business challenges and demonstrate how the agency can offer and assist them to in achieving their marketing and business objectives.
- Effectively identify trends in the marketplace and draw on prior experience to contribute to company strategy aimed at creating competitive advantage.
- Partner with Account Managers and Client Services teams to achieve client's objectives.
- Meet and exceed set expectations by identifying, qualifying, and cold calling prospective clients, building a robust pipeline, and close business.
- Effectively report on account development and sales progress per territory via Salesforce.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual quarterly sales targets.

Position Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Ideally 4+ years of sales, business development, and account management experience working within a marketing and ad agency setting.
- Salesforce experience is a plus!
- Able to work with multiple accounts and keep an excellent attention-to-detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision at detailed levels while taking account of interdependencies at higher levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
