Responsibilities:

In partnership with Retail Management and HR, identify strengths and opportunities for improvements, constantly
stimulating sense of ownership and the ability to engage and surprise the customer
- During store visits, coaches store staff on the floor to capture in the moment training opportunities
- Partner with Store Managers to build dedicated store and individual action plans to improve KPIs and enhance the customer experience
- Coordinates and delivers in the stores all learning programs regarding product knowledge and selling techniques
- Perform store visits and create dedicated reports to be shared with involved departments in order to leverage on different aspects impacting on the customer experience
- In alignment with HR, coordinates and executes, monthly onboarding program for Retail population
- Seasonally, partner with Buyer and Planner to deliver merchandise training on the buy
- Maintain, collect and review Monthly Touch Base Forms for Retail population; particularly analyzing Sales Goal Attainment standards every 3 months
- Monitor grooming and uniform standards to ensure a consistent client experience in all US doors
- Liaise with Wholesale team to provide training tools


Requirements:

75% of travel required (2 days in office, 3 days of store visits)
- Luxury retail background
- Knowledge of menswear is a plus
- Knowledge of KPIs
- Coaching skills& Customer orientation
- Planning and organization
- Communication, impact, empathy
