- Hiring, training, leading and retaining employees across all store locations
- Partnering with corporate team to ensure company core values are carried out and embodied daily, through its people practices and operations.
- Overseeing POS, employee scheduling, inventory, logistics, operations, facilities and security maintenance, compliance and safety management.
- Achieving high performance and store profitability.
- Budget tracking, labor efficiency, managing top line sales and more.
- Supporting exclusive, member-only experiences and unique in-store programming at every location to further inspire and delight our community members.
- Building teams and cultures at every location to deliver outstanding customer service and experience.
- Ensuring the execution of visual merchandising strategy.
- Minimum of 6 years work experience in a people management or hospitality role.
- Must be currently managing multiple high volume locations.
- Experience opening new locations, stores, or businesses.
- Extremely detail oriented, diligent and thorough.
- Self-starter, proactive, ability to prioritize and shift focus with ease and flexibility - you are excited to dive in, build quickly and drive output.
- Passionate about delivering memorable experiences to customers.
- Holding yourself and your employees/team to high standards.
