Responsibilities:

  • Manage Field Sales team in New York City to maximize their network, sales approach and sales goals.
  • Spearhead sales strategy to creatively acquire new VIP clients to the business and grow existing clientele
  • Oversee all training, development and performance evaluations of team
  • Act Brand Ambassador in the Eastern region for all networking events, appearances and opportunities to open doors for the sales team
  • Develop team in all aspects of prospecting and business development
  • Manage budget and controllable expenses for Region

Requirements:

  • 10+ year in Multi-unit or Territory Management in Retail, Technology, Advertising or Sales
  • Candidates MUST come from true luxury retail or consumer goods 
  • Strong people development skills; proven track record of leadership
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time
  • Expertise in the luxury fashion sector
