Job Description

Title: Regional Brand Manager

Location: Alberta

Company: Well-known Haircare Brand

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Research markets, identify key players and generate interest
  • Route qualified opportunities to Distributor Sales Consultants for further development
  • Sourcing new account opportunities through inbound leads
  • Outbound cold calls and emails
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas (Zoom or Inperson)
  • Maintain and expand sales database of prospects within your assigned markets
  • Perform effective online sales meeting presentations (Zoom or InPerson)
  • Create and build strategic salon meeting tools for planning meetings
  • Ensures Distributor sales consultants complete “DSC Certification”
  • Coach Distributor sales team to drive sales out initiatives
  • Train junior staff to ensure topof-mind awareness at each distributor account
  • Win heart of sales team – must have an adaptable personality
  • Participate in distributor shows and programs as directed
  • Actively participate and post digital assets on Company social media feeds
  • Monthly reporting to Distributor Sales Consultants and Loyalty Salons (Loyalty Balances)
  • Analyze monthly credits and ensure credit summary is closed monthly
  • Review and manage Distributor marketing asset inventory
  • Perform effective Product Knowledge classes to existing accounts and prospects
  • Share education resources with accounts and store employees
  • Coordinate educational programs to meet salon need, objectives and support new product launches within their territory


Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must have experience working with salons/distribution
  • 2 + years planning experience in the beauty industry in progressive sales roles
  • 2 + years hair color and outside sales experience required
  • Ability to travel and work weekends required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom
