  • Develops and implements an integrated recruitment strategy to include sourcing, identification, assessment, selection and retention of qualified candidates
  • Manages the development, implementation and evaluation of recruiting practices and procedures for a small high-performance team and supervises performance
  • Partners with hiring managers and HRBPs to identify staffing needs, recruiting strategies and search assignments optimizing effective workforce planning practices
  • Consults with Sales to develop and implement geographically specific recruitment strategies.
  • Builds strong working relationships with candidates, hiring managers HRBPs, and agency partners
  • Identifies innovative cost-effective candidate sourcing opportunities
  • Attends industry events, to network, source and identify potential candidates
  • Proactively pipelines qualified applicants to anticipate organizational needs
  • Ensures constant and consistent communication to hiring managers and applicants is maintained throughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiates and recommends employment offers by partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
  • Maintains communication with new hires to determine overall job satisfaction and surveys hiring managers regarding performance and quality of new hires
  • Tracks and reports recruiting KPIs (activity, time-to-fill, cost per hire, source of hire) to ensure that company expectations are met or exceeded
  • Collaborates with all members of the recruiting team to develop and implement best practices and foster innovation and idea sharing
  • Works with HR, Learning & Development and Sales Management to support and enhance on-boarding, recruitment related trainings, and various HR initiatives


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline, professional designations (e.g. PHR, SPHR) a plus
  • 7 + years of experience in human resources, 5 + years full cycle recruiting experience and a minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Knowledgeable of legal hiring practices, compliance and applicable labor laws
  • Ability to build strong candidate relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers
  • Skilled in effective interviewing and negotiation techniques
  • Displays creativity in sourcing candidates
