Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for retail positions including creating job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers, negotiating compensation packages and closing candidates
  • Develop effective methods for high volume recruiting efforts for roles like Retail Ambassadors and seasonal peaks in partnership with Store Managers
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to hiring managers and interview teams through all recruiting and hiring activities, reinforcing recruiting best practices
  • Maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape through regular research including shopping the competition and use this knowledge to guide sourcing strategy, compensation conversations and to continually inform our retail and other hiring efforts
  • Maintain our ATS (Greenhouse) and leverage data to keep your hiring managers updated on recruiting and hiring performance
  • Leverage your sourcing expertise to develop multiple sourcing channels creating sourcing strategies that result in a robust pipeline of the best talent for our jobs

Requirements:

  • A passion for recruiting and 5 or more years of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment; bonus if you’ve done high-volume hiring
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with and influence at all levels
  • Experience developing creative recruiting strategies and being strategic and action-oriented to identify and attract top-notch talent in a highly competitive job market  
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A stellar work ethic and ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • A positive attitude and relentless focus on delighting candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Experience using Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems and familiarity with Google applications and Slack a bonus
