We are seeking a Project Management lead to support projects in the Technical Quality Management Division. This role will oversee projects pertaining to environment and sustainability, compliance/quality/safety and after sales.

This person will Influence others regarding policies, practices and procedures by being the key driver for improvements in TQM. These projects will achieve operational targets, savings, facilitate the current processes and will prepare the market for the next level and support our growth plans.

The Project Manager will be also the key person to connect different departments and areas to achieve these improvements. In addition they will be responsible to demonstrate results short and long term implementation and development of KPIs.

  • influence others regarding policies, practices and procedures by being the key driver for improvements in the department
  • List, define and get approval for all Projects
  • Define priorities based on some criteria  like costs, investment, timing etc
  • Approved list, definition and implementation of Projects:
     -Define timeline, phases, steps
    - Manage expectations, execute tests and checks
    - Show results and advise best solution
    - Prepare material, go-live implementation and follow-up definition
  • Supervise process execution
    -Cross-functional follow-up and corrective actions in coordination with line management
  • Continuous training
    -On implemented list of Projects if necessary as SME
    -All users on new features
  • Market coordination
    - Business results
    - New feature requests
    - Best practice sharing across the company
  • Reporting
     -Monitor overall expenses
    -Monitor overall projects
    -Suggest other projects optimization
    - Promote / improve decision making


• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum 3 years work experience in Project Management ideally within a food & beverage environment
(i.e. quality, safety, environment/sustainability, aftersales, customer service, sales support) with at least 8 years of experience overall 
• Has experience with technical areas, mechanics, repairs, logistics
• Strong analytical skills and organizational skills
• Is very database inclined
• Is a forward thinker who actively seeks out new projects or opportunities.
• Can collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:

  • QSHE  training
  • Six sigma certification
  • PMP Certification
