Hiring managers at all levels for an experiential summer pop-up in Soho, New York City.   Managers will be responsible and accountable for daily management of operations and personnel, while maintaining a high level of customer service.  Applicants must have previous management and customer service experience.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): 

  • Oversee store operations, including, but not limited to maintaining stock (organization, replenishment, and inventory control) and store cleanliness and general housekeeping
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided and all standards are being met
  • Train and communicate with Brand Ambassadors to ensure the team is fully educated on brand pillars and marketing strategies 
  • Manage staff scheduling and approve weekly payroll
  • Implement and maintain regular inventory management
  • Foster an inspiring environment for training & growth of Brand Ambassadors, and provide constructive feedback
  • Resolve all concerns and take disciplinary action as needed
  • Enthusiastically create memorable brand experiences for consumers
  • Maintain working knowledge of product in order to be a subject matter expert
  • Be on-site on time/early for shift and special events
  • Present a professional appearance & demeanor, and wear specifically required apparel
  • Engage consumers and share key messages about the product and encourage participation in experiential elements in-store
  • Ensure company policy and procedures are adhered to, and that Brand Ambassadors are being held to the highest standards 

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership & management skills
  • Experience and / or interest in events, promotions, consumer marketing or community marketing
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must excel in multi-tasking within a fast-paced organization
  • Effective organization and planning skills
  • Adaptability and creativity
  • Energetic and confident in engaging with staff & customers
  • Ability to respond under pressure
  • Physical activity may be required, e.g., stocking inventory and supplies, comfortably lift up to 30 lbs
