  • Optimize every opportunity to grow client base and acquire new high value clients.

  • Follow through on all new client leads, introducing the brand and engaging the client with the service and benefits to turn a prospect into a shopper.

  • Proactively target and build personal relationships with high value clients

  • Develop an understanding of your clients’ fashion and lifestyle preferences Contact clients for non-sales related reasons, i.e. birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

  • Develop outreach program to update client on new collections, deliveries, and promotions

  • Analyze client profiles and implement a strategy to increase sales

  • Demonstrate exemplary standards of client service at all times and to all clients (VIPs and non- VIPs), in line with brand and department standards

  • Manage client profiles, including spend history and personal information in order to elevate the level of client-relationship and to maximize sales potential

  • Follow-up with clients on timeline of their special orders and shipments, along with invoicing and payment

  • Identify clients shopping spend and trends season on season, and share recaps/feedback to Design team with the relevant strategy recommendations

  • Invite VIP clients to showroom for shopping appointments, and ensure the showroom is set with merchandise as necessary.

  • Manage movement of stock for VIP clients and reconcile sales in a timely manner.

  • Provide regular feedback to Sales Team about stock issues that may impact overall company sales.

  • Recap sales on a weekly basis and share learnings..

  • To achieve the required consistent standard sales & the brand expectations of KPIs are as follows: Sales compared to LY, WTD, MTD, QTD, YTD and Forecast/Plan AOS, average order size AUR EVENTS.

  • Partner with wholesale and other external teams to plan and execute events, both in store and for trunk shows.

  • Work cross functionally with Wholesale Sales Manager to plan events and maximize brand awareness, traffic, and sales.

  • Host events with VIP clientele and drive client acquisition.

  • Travel domestically once a week during peak event windows (Sept-Nov, Feb-Apr), and at least once a month outside that Identify and pursue partnership opportunities for events (e.g. floral company, jewelry, footwear).



  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to learn quickly and think resourcefully.

  • Must be punctual and reliable.

  • Strong interest in fashion industry and retail business.

  • 3-5 years experience as a Personal Shopper in the luxury industry & has an established clientele.

  • An ambitious self-starter; a driven and proactive individual who’s always thinking of new ways to tackle challenges and thrives on pressure.

  • Is numbers driven and resilient; motivated by personal sales targets & aims to exceed them.

  • Natural ability to sell; a great communicator, a people person who builds relationships at ease.

  • Strategic and forward thinking; always keeps business goals in mind and can see the bigger picture.

  • Has extensive product & brand awareness in the luxury goods market.

  • Has a strong desire to motivate, lead by example & collaborates well with others.

  • Social media savvy & confident with learning to use new platforms.

  • Bonus points if you are fluent in another language.


Salary: competitive salary base with OR without comm. % depending on experience level & compensation requirements/preferences!
